What Causes Fatigue, Nausea, Red Sores And Rashes On Right Buttocks?

Sounds like shingles
Detailed Answer:
What you are describing, without being able to see it, sounds like shingles. If you ever had chicken pox at any time in your life, the virus that causes it can come back out as shingles. When it does, it usually affects one area of the body that is innervated by a particular sensory nerve group as the virus lives dormant in the "dorsal root ganglion" and then, for whatever reason, comes back out as shingles in one region of the body.
The symptoms are usually initially that of feeling somewhat ill (not everyone has this prodrome) and then the burning painful rash begins. Fatigue can continue throughout. It can last days to weeks, but can be made shorter if you take an antiviral for it such as Acyclovir.
GO TO AN URGENT CARE OR ER NOW TO GET AN ANTIVIRAL MEDICINE FOR IT.
The course of the shingles can be made shorter and less intense if an antiviral medicine is started within the first 48 -72 hours. If you can't go in to be seen, call the doctor on call for your doctor's group and tell them so they can phone in a prescription for you. Time is of the essence here for initiating the antiviral medicine and getting maximum benefit from it.
