Brief Answer:
physical examination and investigations are required
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.
For your pain symptoms physical examination and after that necessary investigations (CBC,Fasting blood sugar, Chest x-ray,Hb1ac, Hip x-ray etc.) if required should be done. If no specific positive report will be there, chances of fibromyalgia or somatic pain disorder is likely.
For your physical problems and for depression you should have taken medicines. Please tell me what medicines you have tried in past and which are the current medicines?
If you have any latest reports, please upload the same.
I will be happy to help further after your response.
