What Causes Feeling Of Fullness In Throat And Ear?

seems to be Eustachian tube dysfunction
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having fullness in ear. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any nasal obstruction or post nasal drip (sinus or nose secretions dripping back into throat) ?
Kindly get back to be with the details.
Based on your clinical details, it appears to be Eustachian tube dysfunction secondary to sinusitis or acid reflux.
I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get otoscopy (status of ear drum - retracted/perforated), audiometry ( status of Eustachian tube, any hearing loss). depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.
Mean time, protect your ears (plug it with dry cotton during bath to prevent ear infection), do valsalva exercises (watch YouTube video), chew chewing gum, instill xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/3 time(over the counter). do steam inhalation. Take ppi inhibitor with prokinetic combination like pan-d (pantoprazole + domperidone) twice daily before food (half an hour prior).
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.

3. Regular exercise.
4. Elevate head end (support with extra pillows, sleeping posture to prevent regurgitation of food).
