Hi
Feeling of heart beat every time is most likely palpitation. It can be due to dysrhythmias or hypertension. Check your BP heart rate and an ECG to rule out this.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Check your cholesterol levels and have an ECG also

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

Thank you for your follow up.

Check your cholesterol levels and have an ECG also. If those are clear also then it can be due to anxiety or stress.

In such case stress relaxing exercises will be helpful. You can do breathing exercise. Sit relaxed and take deep breaths. This you can do a couple of times a day.

Avoid taking energy drinks, excess of coffee and cigarette as well.

If that is not helping then short course of anxiolytics like alprazolam or low dose betablocker will be helpful.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
