Brief Answer:
They are menopause symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I understand your concern.

In my opinion the feeling of hotness and sweating might be due to hot flushes which is one of the symptoms of menopause and premenopausal period. As there is absence of periods since 3 months mostly you might be going through menopause. But menopause is confirmed only when there are no periods for 6 months continuously.
Hot flushes occur due to estrogen deficiency. The blood vessels under the skin will be dilated giving a feeling of warmth. The severity varies in different people. Some may have it for short period and some experience them throughout life.

Avoid stress, smoking, drinking, spicy diet, caffeine, heat and tight garments to decrease the hot flushes.
Start exercise like walking and soya beans which have natural phytoestrogens might be helpful.
Vitamin B complex or vitamin E tablet daily also might be helpful to some extent.
Major treatment for this hot flushes is Hormone replacement therapy, but it is associated with many sideeffects.
Many times hot flushes resolve spontaneously without treatment.
The pain in hips and back also might be due to osteoporosis which is also one of the common symptoms of menopause and premenopausal period.
Take calcium tablet once daily and paracetamol tablet for pain.
Avoid pain killers as they cause gastritis and kidney damage in long term.

In short all the symptoms suggest menopause.

Hope this satisfies your query. Feel free to discuss further.

Best regards...Dr.srilatha
