Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted that you are having fullness and feeling of a lump in the throat when you swallow, loosing weight as you can not eat more than a few ounces at a time. You has under-cooked chicken breast 3 weeks ago and wondering if it could have a tapeworm...

The problem of the feeling of lump and fullness should be investigated by Upper GI Endoscopy with Pharyngoscopy. This will give the definitive diagnosis and plan for further investigations like barium swallow, CT/MRI of the area and treatment.
Please take an appointment at the earliest as you are symptomatic.

Tapeworms are usually found in the intestines and not in the ,muscles hence I think it is not worth the worry.

I hope this answers your query, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
