Brief Answer:
Possible relapse of abscess,Require MRI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

This tumor could possibly be recurrence of abscess.

I advise you to get an MRI scan to assess its extent and confirmation.

Fistula surgeries are known to relapse leading to frequent abscess cavities.

Hence a scan is must in your case now.

Further management is based on the test results.

Brief Answer:
Evaluation is must before Marriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

You certainly seem to have complication again.

Yes certainly you can encounter problems after marriage pertaining to act of making sex and bearing children,if such abscess formation is uncorrected.

Hence it is very important that you get evaluated thoroughly again.

Relapses are common in such surgeries.

Brief Answer:
Complete excision of the fistulous tract will hlep

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,

Do not be scared.

These relapses can be prevented by proper excision of the fistulous tract.

Only this can offer permanent solution.

Before excision Fistulogram xray can be done to assess the extension of the fistulous tract.
