Yes it is a frequent complaint
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Yes, it is a frequent complain to feel pulse in the back of neck as well. Panic state is a state of hyperarousal and there is an increased cardiac activity during such episodes. This leads to feeling of pulse at various places of the body including the neck.
You may get these panic attacks treated. This will require use of clonazepam or lorazepam for acute relief and use of sertraline or paroxetine for long term cure.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

I have had an MRI done on my brain and there was no abnormal results. Would you recommend SSRIs in the treatment of my anxiety? I have had some psychiatrists say yes, and others say that SSRIs can make anxiety worse.
yes i suggest
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Xanax is a good drug but ssri are required to treat the illness from the root. Escitalopram or paroxetine are good drugs for the same.
Kind regards
