Brief Answer:
You need to get a few blood tests done.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Ideally a clinical examination would have been essential but that is beyond the scope of this discussion. However, I would insist you to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits. They contain plenty of potassium which help in healthy muscle contractions and should help. I would also insist you to get your fasting blood sugar as well as your thyroid profile checked as diabetes could lead to such problems. Please upload the reports using the facility on the upper right of this page and I will guide you further.

You need to exercise regularly and take a diet containing good amount of dietary fibers as well as protein.

I will wait for your response.

Regards
