Brief Answer:
Get him clinically evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Most commonly fevers occur due to viral cause but repeated episodes after ten days interval indeed seems concerning. You would need to get him evaluated. His tonsils could be enlarged and he might be getting episodes of recurrent tonsillitis. If that is the case you might still need to wait and watch. Unless the number of episodes is much you need not go for tonsillectomy since the tonsils gradually regress in size.

Let me know if I could help further.
