What Causes Fever, Dizziness, Nausea, Sinus Pain And Abdominal Pain?
Question: I have been running a fever and dizzy nausea for 2 days no cold but sinus burning and abdominal pain right under rib cage

I can understand your concern
As you explain you are taking tylenol and zicam
In my opinion these are not the treatment you should take because your situation is a gastroenteritis probably due to a viral condition.
The abdominal pain is from excessive gases in your intestines as a result of disruption of the normal microbial flora due to viruses and After that a diarrea might begin
If you were my patient i would recommend you the following treatment for up to five days:
A lot of water
Yovita syrup orally twice (inormal microorganism supplements of the intestines)
Tasectam capsule three times per day orally
Hydralyte Electrolyte Solution orally twice
You can take also painkillers safely like paracetamol
I do not think antibiotics are needed actually but keep monitor the symptoms
I am sure you will feel better but please discuss with your doctor for the above firstly.
