Question: I have been having low kidney function with protien in urine I woke up everything hurts low grade fever blood in urine extremely not feeling well,I have crohn's and diabetes, stage 4cirrohis

I read your question and i understand your concern. Stage 4 cirrhosis in history with declining renal functional indicate hepatorenal syndrome and it needs admission and hospitalisation and management accordingly. The prognosis is not good and the out come is bad as cirrhosis of stage 4 is the predisposing factor for multi organ failure. Please talk to your hepatologist ASAP and let them help you in this regard.
