Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I strongly recommend that you go in to the ER tonight. The combination of headache and fever can go with influenza if there is also a cough, but when it is fever, headache and your neck hurts when you move your head, then there is the possibility of meningitis. And this needs to be checked now.

The doctor will examine you, including a brief neurological exam and flexing your head forward or bringing your leg up. He/she may also get a CBC and possibly do a lumbar puncture (test of cerebrospinal fluid).

So - please go in now.
