Brief Answer:
Respiratory tract and ear infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Fever with homogenous opacity in the lung fields and pain in the ear suggests a lower respiratory tract infection accompanied by probably an ear infection.
The lower respiratory tract infection could be spreading from upper respiratory tract.
The upper respiratory tract communicate with the ear and thus the infections can spread from upper respiratory tract to ears and vice versa.
You need to consult a physician with your reports for clinical examination and prescription of antibiotics.
The blood report suggests a low hemoglobin, MCV, low MCH and raised RDW.
Low MCV and MCH are seen in microcytic hypochromic anemia. These parameters along with raised RDW suggest iron deficiency anemia.
You need to take iron supplements to correct the anemia, however, after consultation with your treating doctor.
If you have more queries I will be glad to answer.
