What Causes Finger Numbness, Right Leg, Severe Abdominal Pain And Erectile Dysfunction?
Question: pls am 40yrsof age from Nigeria XXXXXXX am having numbness in my right finger, right leg and serve abnormal pain which endocopy shows chronic gastritis ad ultra scan shows fatty liver and am diabetes poorly control according to my Dr.thirdly, my prenis cannot be erected again and my Dr. recommend RENERVE PLUS CAPSULES. PLS DR WHAT SHOULD I DO.THANKS XXXXXXX EKONG

Tthanks Dr for your reply.but this Vigra you suggested to me to take,will it not affect the ulcer.because i have been taking the Drugs i even suspent it to cause this ulcer now that is mild chronic gastritis which am still having serious pains after taking the complete quatrain thraphy antibiotics alot prescribe by my Dr.can it be true is the diabetis that is not allowing the gastritis to go off after taking all these antibotics fopr the pass 6months.

There is no germ in the stomach that requires 6months of several antibiotics for eradication.
Viagra would not pose any problems. continue with reserve. However, managing the diabetes well is the main thing to do here. I will like to know your medications and how you take them. Also, I will like to know what you recent blood glucose control values are.

Thank you Dr.these are the medications am on now 1tablet of kombiglyze XR(saxagliptin and melformin Hcl 5mg/1000mg) in the morning then in evening considering the level of blood sugar level i take lantus solostar insuline either 10,15,0r 20 unit/ml.but for some days now the diabetes is hardly to be found which i have order it so am taking Glanil (Glibenclamide 5mg) and Glucophage(melformin 500mg) 1 tabletseach morning and evenning without insuline.f
For the Gastristis am taking Nexium(esomeprazol 20mg) 2xdaily morning and evening 30 mins before meals everyday now.
then Renerve plus once daily.But Doctor if i make love i cannot even release small sperm not even small what can i do.

If you have never worked with a diabetologist/endocrinologist, please ask your doctor to refer you to one. Diabetes needs such a close monitoring that I cannot do correctly online.
