Brief Answer:
Might be due to the food that you have consumed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.

You mean to say your flatulence / flatus smells like smoke.
It mostly depends on the food that you take, it is more common with high-fat fried foods, sugary confections, and carbonated beverages such as sodas and beer.

Do you have any other symptoms? For smelly stools, I don't think there is need of any medication. Few tips that might be helpful.
1. Try cutting out the dairy in your diet.
2.Decrease your intake of oily, fatty, fried foods.
3.Eliminate all carbonated beverages from your diet, including pop and beer. Carbonation tends to exacerbate the odor of gas.
5. Eat diet which is rich in fiber, and drink plenty of water.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
