Hello,

You are having vaginal farts, it is a normal thing and you need not feel embarrassed about it. Certain exercises and sexual positions can push more air into your vagina, avoid doing them. Doggy-style sexual intercourse can make you more prone to it. Use of vaginal lubricants can help avoid vaginal farts, try it. Sitting back on the toilet seat can help to release some air trapped in the vagina.

Do pelvic floor exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Avoid the use of feminine hygiene products like tampons or vaginal cups, sex toys; they may also cause air to get trapped. Certain serious medical problems like vaginal fistula, urinary and fecal incontinence may also trigger vaginal farts. You are suggested to get clinically examined to rule out possibility of any developing serious medical condition.

Stay relaxed while having sex so that your pelvic muscles are relaxed. Avoid use of recreational drugs or addictions if any. Avoid eating heavily or having lunch or dinner before sex. It is as if vaginal gas is the result of tension, trying to relax and practicing deep breathing may help. If vaginal gas is problematic, a person can avoid the sexual activities and physical exercises that cause it. Avoiding the use of internal female hygiene products, such as tampons, may also help reduce the risk.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
