My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Floaters are basically not significant unless a bunch of them appears overnight.Flashes are important and if they persist then you have to have detailed retinal examination.
In the meanwhile try not to over exert and avoid lifting heavy weights.These may or may not be related to your treatment.
