Question : Hi there, I was put on amox 875 for a sinus infection I've had for about a year. Since I started, I've noticed my body temp around 97 and I've been sweating A LOT despite my house being cold at night when I'm asleep.

Brief Answer: No need to worry, it is an effect of the drug. Detailed Answer: hi, You are prescribed Amoxicillin for your sinus infection. When it starts working, you may see that your temperatures fluctuate, feel warm and sometime you may sweat also. There is nothing to be concerned about it. Only thing that should caution you is development of allergic rash or severe diarrhea. It may also have some side effects like nausea,mild diarrhea, chest pain which also needs no concern.
