Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that her symptoms could be related to atrial fibriallation, especially if her heart rate is irregular.

Her blood pressure values seem to be really low this morning and may indicate a serious medical condition.

For this reason, I would recommend bringing her to the ER for a physical exam and some tests to investigate for the possible causes:

- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- some blood lab tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, kidney and liver function tests).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
