What Causes Fluctuations In Blood Sugar Levels?
Question: I drink beer on Friday night ,Saturday and sunday early afternoon. Monday I feel fine. I check my blood sugar and it is normal. As the day progresses, my blood sugar gets higher and higher and the back of my neck feels like stressed. By Tuesday afternoon, my bold sugar is back to normal. I am not diabetic. What is happening to my blood sugar?

the highest has been 138, than it goes down to below 100, as soon as I eat something, I feel stressed than I check it again and it is in the 130's. by the afternoon, it is below 100. What got to ask the question, is that as soon as I eat, I feel stressed. But by tuesday afternoon I feel great for the rest of the week.

I had a liver function test in July 23,2015 and the results were.Alkaline phosphatase,S-72, AST(SGOT)-21,ALT(SGPT)-25. Is it too soon to take another one?
