What Causes Fluid Retention In Forehead?
Question: I have had a mid to high temperature for 8 days(38-40.3 DEGREES) Lethargy,nausea High CRP level of 67
I have fluid retention in my forehead mainly on right hand side, this has been coming and going for 10 months-blurred vision at time, pain in head and neck= had CT scan (just shows a calcified mengimona on right hand side of head) have had a lumbar puncture which is clear

Thanks for answering my question, however on re-reading it I realise I put "right hand side of head" when I meant to put left hand side. Also last night on the left hand side on my face .Whilst sitting on the couch, the left hand side of face became very hot and flushed looking and the area around my temple and forehead was considerably hotter to touch than the other(also swollen). I have had intermittent pain in my jaws. Can a calcified tumour cause problems? One doctor in emergency said no , the other said it may need further investigation? I do think its some sort of inflammation but am awaiting referral to rheumatologist, which may take weeks yet to happen. thanks again
