Brief Answer:
Perimenopausal symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With normal healthy lifestyle and no complaint except these recently flushing and sweating, i believe these are vasomotor symptoms and indicate a perimenopause, that transition phase can be bothersome and needs supportive care. Hormonal therapy, supportive care like painkillers, calcium vitamin D supplements and antidepressants can be considered.

Talk to your doctor and let them decide what is best for you. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
