Brief Answer:
Consult a Gynaecologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your quick response.
Yes, your symptoms are suggestive of fibroid growth in uterus.
To confirm the diagnosis there are some test, some are invasive and other are non invasive like TVS, MRI, sonohysterography and hysteroscopy.
In my opinion you should consult a Gynaecologist and get your pelvic examination done and get your transvaginal ultrasound ( TVS) done because it is non invasive method to diagnose fibroid.
Please share your ultrasound report with me for further evaluation.
Hope to hear from you soon.
