Question: I started taking the propafenone HCL ER on the 28th
I experienced an afib episode that lasted approximately 20 min
With no other symptoms .
It started after I finished diner.
Tonight right after diner I took cardizam, propafenone and 325 mg aspirin
My usual pm dosage
Half hour later I started experiencing heart flutter and my heart rate would range from 59 to 122
I started feeling as if I was going to pass out. My hands got cold the arrhythmia continued
I lied down and did some relaxation breathing
Slowly I felt better but tired and definitely not 100%

Welcome on HCM!
I carefully passed through your question and would recommend taking another sublingual tablet of Propafenone 150mg with normal release.
