Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be having Plantar fascitis, which presents as pain at the soles and feet aggravated in the morning immediately after waking up and standing on the floor, after long periods of rest.

I would advise you the following. Eat a healthy diet to stay fit and avoid obesity. Dip your feet and ankles in a pot of warm water with added table salt. Wiggle your toes and move your ankles up and down. Do this for a period of 15 minutes twice a day, once in the morning before standing and once during the evening after a nap.

Place your palms against the wall of outstretched arms and bend one knee and straightest knee behind it. Hold this position for about 20 seconds. Repeat this cycle with the other knee bent and opposite knee straight behind. Do this exercise for 10 minutes each for 3 times a day. This will help stretch the tight calf muscles such are common in persons with Plantar fascitis.

Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after meals for a week. Apply hot water bag to the painful regions near the inner side of the soles and beneath the feet.

You shall find considerable relief with these tips.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
