Brief Answer:
advised levocetrizine
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for providing information.
It seems like allergic rhinitis.
I suggest you avoid exposure to cold weather and dust.
I suggest you levocetrizine 5 mg once a day before bed for 5 days when you get cold.
Do steam inhalation twice a day. Nasoclear nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day
If you will not get relief with these medications then visit an ENT doctor to rule out cause. Doctor may take allergy test, serum IgE, and blood count.
Doctor would advice nasal saline drops which contain oxymetazolin or nasal steroid spray.
And doctor would add Montelukast (leukotriene receptor antagonist) with levocetrizine.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you
