Brief Answer:
Do not rush to heavy exercise at once.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
Definitely, you should take vit D3 supplements.
In addition to above you must have balanced diet including seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Avoid smoking and drinking.
Take rest for about 7 days then first start morning walk for 14 days then do jogging after that. I want to suggest you that please do not rush to heavy exercises at once.
Do quadriceps strengthening exercises as uploaded on youtube.
Avoid squatting and upstairs as much as you can.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
I hope you have got your answer.
Thanks.
