What Causes Frequent Nausea After Breakfast?
Question: I have severe case of nausea after breakfast every morning. I don't actually vomit but it's just nausea. It goes on for 5-10 minutes after breakfast everyday.
Brief Answer:
Doesn't indicate serious pathology..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The episodes of severe nausea after breakfast is unexplained by any serious organic medical pathology. Do you eat hastily? I would suggest you to avoid eating hastily and chew well. Or perhaps you can break breakfast into two pieces one before going to work and one after reaching work. You may also try a brief course of antacids for couple of weeks.
If symptoms continues to trouble you despite these changes, consult a doctor for examination.
Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
