Question: Have severe abdominal pain on regular basis. This all started after a long course of antibiotics for over 30 days....

Thanks for your query albeit very short without any other information at all.
Please provide me some details about your age, gender, Why the antibiotics are taken for so long ?
Since when have you got the pain in abdomen?
Which Part / area of abdomen or whole of abdomen ?
Any specific problem about stool - its color, consistency, frequency, Sticky ?
Any nausea, vomiting, distension / bloating of abdomen ?

Any investigations done like ultrasonography, Endoscopy , colonoscopy ?
Please give details of the treatment and all the aspects I have requested for so that I can hep you more.

One needs a proper clinical evaluation, detailed history in chronological order, investigations as and when necessary to get to the proper diagnosis that helps plan a proper treatment / management.
