Question: I am urinating every hour day and night. not able to sleep as have to wake up 5/6 times in night.
I also notice that my penis in rest position has also shrunk
i chked and done mu diabetic test but its all ok
just to let you know i have chronic slip disc

Frequent urination can occur due to various reasons like, enlarged prostate gland, stricture urethra, Urinary tract infection, diabetes. You haven't described your fasting & post prandial sugar levels.
Your condition looks to be enlarged prostate. Most of the males above 45 to 50 years can have enlarged prostate. you can get it evaluated by consulting an urologist.

Do not worry about the slip disc, as this manifests with back pain radiating to the thighs.

I showed to General Physician for Sugar/daibetic...its all clear. Prostat test also done ( ultra sound)...and its ok. this problem is for last 6 month.
I am sexually very active and even masturbate daily. i feel my urine flow track is is also big

can a infection stays for 6 months?

so if Prostate and daibetic is rules out what could be the reason.

last 6 months I am not able to sleep properly as i have to wake up ATLEAST 5 times in night.

Hi,
welcome again,
usually increased volume of urine would be due to increased fluid intake or consumption of caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Certain medications will also cause this. Have you started any new medicines recently?

other common causes might be 1) sickle cell anemia
2) psycogenic polydipsia
3) renal failure
Most of the time you feel better by following these simple remedies

watch your fluid intake
limit fluids 1 hour before bed time
avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol
look at the side effects of any medications you are taking.

Iwill stop tea and alcohol for 1 month and will notice

I for got to tell you ...i do get little pain on lower abdominal right side ..is this gal bladder?

i have showed to good urologist in XXXXXXX still no relief.

any medication for urinary track infection?

The lower right abdominal pain is not because of gall bladder.
it might be 1) worm infestation
2) renal stones
3) appendicular pain
as you have consulted an urologist i think you are not having any kidney problems. urinary tract infection should be investigated by urine routine and culture then only the antibiotics are required.
