Brief Answer:
Nothing wrong with the reports. Not to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HealthCare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

The frequent urination could possibly due to the diabetes.
There is nothing wrong with the report you have attatched.

Frequent urination can be normal ; it can also be due to diabetes or prostate problems.

I would suggest you to-
- Continue to drink loads of water
- Check your blood glucose levels (fasting , postprandial , HBAIC)
- Get an ultrasound of KUB (Kidney-ureter-Bladder) to rule out prostate problems.

There is not much to worry.

I would suggest you to visit a clinician. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.

Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.

Even though my diabetes is controlled? Could this be serious prostate problems? These symptoms only started 4 days ago.

I am going to wee every 30 - 1 hour.

Brief Answer:
Yes it can be a prostate issue.

Detailed Answer:
There could be an inflammation of the prostate or prostatitis. Prostatomegaly or Benign hyperplasia of prostate , though rare below 40 years can be there.

I would suggest you to
- Wait for a couple of days.
If it persists
- Get a KUB ultrasound done .
Visit a urologist.
