Brief Answer:
Frequent urination

Detailed Answer:
There can be various causes of frequent urination and a sense of urge.

1 High blood glucoses

If his diabetes is not well controlled, he can experience this problem. Controlling the glucoses well is expected to improve the situation provided poorly controlled diabetes is the only cause

2 Prostate trouble

This will require systematic assessment by a Urologist to see if he has this problem or not

3 Diabetes insipidus
A fairly uncommon condition that is caused by deficiency of a hormone called vasopressin. This too can result in high volumes of urine daily

4 High blood calcium

5 Taking 'water pills'
But I see there is no medication in this category called diuretics in your husband's list

Seeing an endocrinologist in person will be helpful to determine the cause of this problem. Treatment can then be initiated accordingly
