What Causes Ghost Or Foggy Vision?
IOP, Slit lamp exam
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
The halos around bright light, ghost or foggy vision can be related to eye conditions such as immature cataract , glaucoma. It may also be due to eye strain alone. The best option would be to get your IOP (Intra ocular pressure) checked by an ophthalmologist. Slit lamp exam of the eyes would also give additional information and isolate the cause for your symptoms, if present. Please fix an appointment with an ophthalmologist to be more sure and have peace of mind.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Yes, its possible if there is history of exposure to infrared energy, ionizing radiation, electric shock, blunt or penetrating trauma. Galactosemia, XXXXXXX disease and hypocalcemia are also linked to cataracts at such an age.
Regardless of the cause, evaluation and workup for the symptoms via an ophthalmological exam would give more clues towards the cause.
Thanks.
