Question: Sir I had one episode of black out and giddiness my bp is130/80mmhg ecg HR=93bpm PQ=148ms RR=640ms QRS=72ms QTC=388ms my age 25
2weeks before I had appendectomy 1year back I had cholecystectomy and 1year before echocardiogram was showing grade1LV dysfunction please suggest what to do

When did the blackout happen? I mean what you were doing at that time like at rest walking or doing some strenous work?
What exactly happened like did fall or felt like falling but were able to hold back?

I just had food and was going outside just went everything black was above to fall someone hold me.
Very rare it was happening sometimes and if I walk continues for long I get chest pain and black out
