The pain will be in my back a little Rt and center. The pain is also Rt and center in front. It has been there for a while 6 months. The pain can be as much as a 8 at times. Nothing will make it better when it is hurting. Nothing really makes it happen but usually through the day it hurts. It almost feels like someone is sticking a knife through my back to the front.
I have been having trouble with my breathing...bronchitis...they treated me for.

Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your explanation.
What I understand from it, the type of the pain suggests better a pinched nerve type.
I can't say without examining your lungs if it is bronchitis or not, but if it was bronchitis you would have the symptoms of a upper respiratory tract infection as well.
I would suggest to use a local painkiller cream, 3-4 times/day for 1 week, and also use regularly a painkiller like Ibuprofen 400mg 3 times.day, or Naproxen 500mg twice/day. Use them both for 1 week, and if you feel better then continue for at least 3 weeks.
The nerves needs some time to heal- almost 6 weeks.
Hope this us helpful.
