What Causes Groin Pain Radiating To The Testicle And Lower Back?

Question: Pain in upper groin which radiates to right testicle and lower back (predominantly right side). Began about two weeks ago after doing leg presses/extensions. Pain is moderate plus. Taking Motrin occasionally. Painful when walking at times, bending at times, sitting at times. No lumps (as in hernia. I lead a very active life style-very active squash player and other stuff.
Brief Answer:
It could be a muscle pull or a kidney tract stone.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for your question.
The pain you mention is most likely muscular pull due to exercise which should go in a week to ten days with rest and the medicine you are taking.
The other possibility is a Kidney tract stone which can also cause similar symptoms. In this you could experience burning while passing urine. Please get an Ultrasound Abdomen and KUB done to rule this out. It will easily tell whether there is any suspicion of this. Then we can formulate a treatment plan accordingly.
Either way nothing to worry about.
Do let me know the report so I can guide you along further.
