Question: hi, my father has two large pump in his lower shoulder in his back, is this cancerous bump.

1. How big is the lump?
2. is it soft or hard ?
3. is it growing in size or changing in color ?
4. how long has he had it ?

the bumps are as big as a clementine and for the last tow months is getting bigger, I haven't seen any bump anywhere else, he doesn't know anything about it and it doesn't hurt at all. it is soft kind of bump.

From the description you have given me it looks like the lump is active, it could be malignant judging by the size and the speed by which it has grown.
I strongly recommend you to approach a surgeon as soon as possible for a biopsy and resection of the lump. If God forbid it turns out to be cancerous then there is a chance of spread to vital organs with further delay.

If you can attach a picture of the lump then I can probably help in telling if it is of lymphatic origin. However lymphatic swellings usually involve arms or lower limb, it very rarely involves the back
