Sorry , it's just like a gurgling from heart side .. It's for like 2 or 5 seconds. Then it goes away!! I don't feel anything else i can breath Ok no problem at it ... It happens when i keep my mind there it actually started like yesterday after workout (gym)

Thanks for your answer , im a little bit relaxed now it may come from stomach this is what you are saying nothing to worry with heart ? Should i check a doctor ? I have no other signs just my Chest muscles are sore becouse of chest workout like always .. This gurgling thing happens few times on day is that normal sir ?
