I understand your concerns here.Referencing back to our previous discussion,the likely cause of your head heaviness is Stress headache.Otherwise also, Stress headache is the most important cause of head heaviness, being a cause of the same in about 70 percent of the individuals.

However,causes can be many broadly divided into primary(stress or Tension type headache,Migraine) and secondary(vision abnormalities,high blood pressure,intracranial causes such as meningitis,venous thrombosis,tumors or other space occupying lesions).Notwithstanding, I want to make a point here that the list of causes is long though, but its primarily the stress factor which is the likely culprit in your case.So,please start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga and I'm sure your symptoms will improve.
