My B.P hovers between 115/80 to 130/85. i even had an MRI scan of brain which came normal . underwent CCG. ENG, Balance tests as prescribed by ENT specialist all of which came back normal. seems to be Postural hypotension
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having imbalance on standing.
Based on your clinical details, it appears to be orthostatic hypotension.
Orthostatic hypotension is a head rush or dizzy spell, is a form of low blood pressure in which a person's blood pressure falls when suddenly standing up or stretching.
It could be physiological (no cause) or pathological (medications, XXXXXXX disease, diabetes).
I suggest the following measures to overcome your dizzy spells.
1. Drinking enough fluids and water, avoiding walking during hot weather, elevating the head of your bed, and standing up slowly.
2. stretching exercises and regular walking.Get up slowly from sitting to standing posture.
3. Compression stockings and garments or abdominal binders may help reduce the pooling of blood in your legs.
4. medications like fludrocortisone, midodrine, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and pyridostigmine can be tried under medical supervision. Kindly discuss with your treating doctor.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
Yes. These are Orthostatic tremors. They are characterized by rhythmic muscle contractions that occur in the legs and trunk immediately after standing. They can be managed with combination of diazepam and primidone. Kindly discuss with your treating doctor.
