Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Mild headache may be due to drugs, especially beta blockers.
Is there any vomiting, visual loss, seizures?
Is there any postural loss of blood pressure?
Is there any sleep disturbances?
You can continue medications. For mild headache you can take amitriptyline or nortriptyline.
