What Causes Headache And Sensitivity To Sound Post Injury?
can be from the concussion
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thank you for posting the query.
Hope this message finds you in good health.
From the history that you have mentioned it seems that the present complaints are as a result of the recent concussion that you have suffered. If untreated on emergency basis,it may leave some after-effects like the ones you have been having now.
There may be raised intracranial tension due to oedema around the brain that are leading to the present symptoms.
Even though the symptoms sound a bit scary, but still these are definitely reversible and curable.
You need to consult a neurologist and get the necessary investigations done, most probably an MRI of brain.
Depending upon the reports, you will be prescribed certain medicines that would reduce the oedema .
And yes, you seem to be pretty anxious and stressed out. Keep calm and relax. You would be fine in a few days.
Do let me know the reports once they are done.
I hope the answer was useful.
Thank you.
Kind regards...
