What Causes Headache And Upset Stomach After Walking In A Diabetic Patient?

Question: after walking a half hour this morning, i experienced heavy sweating, got a serious headache, had difficulty walking, and had a upset stomach. I took a tylenol, sat in a chair and fell to sleep. When I awoke my headache was better but still uncomfortable for about a half hour - then it stopped. I now have difficulty lifting my legs. I can walk but it now a little more difficult. I am 92 yrs old and have diabetes (type 2). After my episode my sugar was121.
Brief Answer:
go to emergency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am very concerned that something is going on with your heart. Your age and the fact that you have diabetes put you at high risk for heart attack. Diabetics do not always have chest pain when they are having heart attacks or angina. The sweating, nausea and headaches could be signs that something is going on with your heart. The fact that your legs are not working properly is also a concern.
It is good that your sugar was normal.
I think it is best if you go to Emergency now and be checked out. This could be something very serious like a heart attack.
Please be seen as soon as possible.
