
What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

Question: ok..i, a 56 year old female..5'3 165 lbs. have lost about 50 solid pound last year and a half an exercise 4/5 times a week. have had some sleepless nights starting sunday. when at gym (Zumba) Monday night felt slightly dizzy..i have felt dizzy and nauseous since then..slight headache..a little discomfort occasionaly each side of lower adomen...some discomfort going to bathroom but not constipated...today I have have been lying low.. drinking water had some toast . just looking for a professionals thoughts

The dizziness and nausea and the headache may just be the flu.
Not sure exactly what you mean by the abdominal discomfort but that may just be a stomach virus. All in all, none of this sounds too serious but if it continues beyond a few days it would be a good idea to get checked out by your doctor. The dizziness and nausea along with the headache may be from a sinus infection for which you'd need a course of antibiotics.
Meanwhile, just continue resting, remain well hydrated and have simple home-cooked meals (which your already doing)..
