Question: Stomache pains like reflux or a sensation of something being stuck in throat. Also feel in back. Headache dizziness

Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Symptoms of reflux are regurgitation of gastric contents back into the esophagus, When the reflux is severe it can cause pain and irritation in the throat and in the mouth.
I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist, get upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and biopsy of gastroesophgeal junction.
In case features of reflux disease are found, appropriate treatment can be given which consists of drugs which prevent the reflux.

Headache may be due to reflux

Dizziness and headache can be due to reflux.
Treatment of reflux may be sufficienct to relieve the headache and dizziness.
I would not advise you to take painkillers for headache because painkillers are known to increase reflux and acidity.
