Brief Answer:
Need to undergo upper GI endoscopy and other investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Abdominal pain that occurs immediateky after eating is most suggestive of gastric ulcer disease. An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is required to visualize the ulcer.
Meanwhile, you can take Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before food. Avoid fatty, fried and spicy food in diet.
Another important consideration is possible gall stones or cholecystitis. ISH abdomen is required to rule out gall stones.
I also recommend undergoing stool analysis, serum amylase and kinase (to assess pancreatic function), hydrogen breath test (to exclude lactose intolerance) and anti-gliadin antibodies (to rule out gluten sensitivity) which can all present as pain after eating.
Please be advised to follow up with your gastroenterologist for undergoing evaluation.
As you can see there are several conditions that need to be excluded and series of investigations required.
