What Causes Headache, Severe Cough And Loss Of Appetite?
Question: male, 60 yrs old, severe headache, not eating, drinking very little, been in bed since 9:30 pm yesterday. Very deep cough, shaky, color not right. has history of hbp, gout. Has been nauseated.

In my opinion you should immediately consult doctor and get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. CT brain if required.
You might be having congestive cardiac failure ( CCF ).
High blood pressure is the common reason for CCF.
Headache is seen in high blood pressure, breathing difficulty is seen in CCF.
So better to consult doctor and discuss all these.
Strict control of blood pressure is needed.
Diuretics are needed if CCF is there.
If still headache persist then CT brain is needed to rule out internal brain cause for your headache.
So, don't wait at home, consult doctor and first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
