What Causes Headache With Indigestion And Breathing Difficulty?
Question: Headache + Indigestion + breathing Problem
Hi Doctor,
My mother is suffering from sever headache. Once in a month or once in 2 months.
How does it start ?
She feels uncomfortable after having little bit of food like rice, Chapati or even cookies. Cant breath properly and we latterly see beats on her right side neck ( like heart beat). Then she gets sever right side head ache and vomiting sensation. She says food is not digested and stuck in the chest. Some times she screams because of headache. She belches after 3-4 hours. We took her to NIMHANS Neuro Hospital in XXXXXXX and they suggested below tablets.
Her age is 57 yrs
Naxdom 250 mg 1 sos
Sibelium 10 mg 0-0-1
Please suggest the remedy...

See the treatment she is being given is only for her headache issues.
Infact Naxdom would further aggravate her gastric problems.
My advise would be to get her an ultrasound abdomen done and if that is clear start her on following:
1. A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day
2. To take Sucralfate and Oxcetaine syrup like Sucral-o.
3. To take soft and bland diet.
4. To continue sibellium
