Brief Answer:
Migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The pain and throbbing you are describing and presence to stay in dark is a feature of Migraine.
At present we won't treat you for exactly migraine because you have a flight. Currently important is to terminate your attack.
I advise following in such situations:
1. To take a single Tablet of Vasograin.
2. To take a Tablet of Naxdom.
3. To take a capsule of Pantoprazole 40 mg.

The aforementioned list of medicines are not available over the counter. You may need to check with a doctor for a prescription.

One should take these medicines and should sleep for atleast an hour.
I hope your attack would terminate.
Once you reach your destination or come back to your home, write to me again for regular treatment of migraine.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
